Creating a Patient Profile

Patient profiles remember your health history and shared records. This helps Inciteful Med give you more personalized, research-based answers. A default patient profile is automatically created using the name you used to sign up. You can create multiple profiles within a single account. This is especially helpful if you're caring for more than one person.

To add a new patient, click on the patient name in the left navigation and select Add Patient.

You can switch between profiles at any time using this same menu. When conducting research, the active patient profile is shown at the top of the input box.
