How do I delete my data?

To delete a project, hover over it, click the pencil icon, and select Delete. This will remove all associated reports, questions, records, and uploaded files within that project.

If you’d like to delete your entire account, just email us at hello@incitefulmed.com. We’ll take care of it, no questions asked. (It has to be done manually in our database for now.)

One of the unique things about Inciteful Med is its use of memory. It remembers your previous questions, records, and reports to provide smarter, more personalized answers. That’s especially helpful in healthcare, where your history matters, and small details can offer important clues.

However, this context makes it harder to cleanly remove a single question or report without affecting the rest. For now, the simplest way to remove content is to delete the entire project, which acts as the container for all related information. We know this isn’t ideal, and we’re exploring more flexible options for future updates.
