Deleting Threads
To delete a project, hover over it, click the pencil icon, and select Delete. This will delete the thread.
Deleting Records
You can delete uploaded records from the Patient Profile > Records tab. Deleting the file will remove it from the database. No future threads will have it as context. If the record was originally uploaded inside a thread, that thread will still have the context stored within the thread. To remove it completely, you must also delete the thread.
Deleting Patients
You can delete a patient, including all of their records and threads from the Patient Profile. This action cannot be undone.
If you’d like to delete your entire account, just email us at hello@incitefulmed.com. We’ll take care of it, no questions asked.
Why can’t I delete a specific question on a thread?
One of the unique things about Inciteful Med is its use of memory. It remembers your previous questions, records, and reports to provide smarter, more personalized answers. That’s especially helpful in healthcare, where your history matters, and small details can offer important clues.
However, this context makes it harder to cleanly remove a single question without affecting the rest of the thread. For now, the simplest way to remove content is to delete the entire thread, which acts as the container for all related information. We know this isn’t ideal, and we’re exploring more flexible options for future updates.
