There are two main ways to conduct research with Inciteful Med - Ask a Question or Analyze My Health.

Ask a Question is perfect for your general questions, just like you might use Google or ChatGPT, but with answers grounded in science. You can ask the tool any medical question and get a response backed by peer-reviewed research you can trust.

Answers

Asking a question generates an answer that is added to the project in the left navigation panel.

Every answer includes full citations and excerpts from the original literature.

Clicking on a citation opens reference panel and shows the full excerpt and source.

Follow Up Questions

Each answer includes suggested Follow Up Questions at the end of the report. Click any question to view the answer. It will open in a new panel and be added to your project in the left navigation. You can also ask your own question anytime using the search bar at the bottom of the page.

Ask a Question draws on your project’s context - the questions you’ve asked, records you’ve added, and previous reports - so answers get more personalized over time. It’s like having a medical researcher who actually remembers your health history.
